Client Details
This global organisation is expanding on their Talent Team due to growth and are seeking a successful IT recruiter to manage their new portfolio.
Description
You will partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment. This is a 360 degree role and you will own the hiring manager relationship and become entrenched in the tech side of the business.
You will work closely with the HRBP and compensation to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates. You must have a proven track record of sourcing high quality candidates for technical and non-technical roles at multiple levels. For this role is it essential you have a practical understanding of common skill requirements in technical and non-technical fields. In order to identify the correct candidate you will have a deep understanding of successful interview tactics to screen for technical and cultural fit.
Profile
- 5+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experience, in-house
- You have built and maintained a broad network of professional relationships
- You will have experience in financial services organisation
- Ability to thrive and be able to prioritise in a constantly changing environment
- Broad knowledge of sources for technical and non-technical recruitment at all levels, including top universities, agencies and target companies that relate to our industry
- Experience managing communication with candidates from start to finish
- You will have full working rights as sponsorship is not offered for this role.
