Role
You'll be joining the team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and will be provided with full and extensive training as you begin your career in Recruitment. 
- Sourcing candidates 
- Screening/Interviewing Candidates: face to face and via phone 
- Short-listing candidates
- Rostering candidates for shift work
- Data Entry
- Client and candidate meetings/ coffee catchups
- Business Development and Account Management for new and existing candidates
- Selling and negotiating 
- Reference checks

You
- Recent University Graduate or Sales (retail, hospitality, phone) Experience (or both)
- Great communicator and confident 
- Great phone mannerism
- Competitive and drive to achieve success 
- Strong time management skills
- Positive attitude and proactive
