We are currently recruiting for a HR Graduate to join our specialist HR Recruitment Division.
Description
The role of a recruitment consultant is to solve one of the biggest challenges facing most businesses: finding the right talent to fill key roles. As a consultant within our Human Resource team, placing candidates into various roles, you will be in charge of the whole recruitment process. Areas of specialisation will include; Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, People & Culture, Organisational Design, Remuneration & Benefits and HR Operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing candidates through advertising, search and networking
- Offer CV, interview and general career advice
- Interviewing, selection and assessment of candidates
- Business development activity targeting new and existing clients
- Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of the HR sector and market
- Preparing candidates and clients for interview
- Ensuring that all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service
- Completing all candidate and client information on database system
- Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Achieving monthly and quarterly fee targets
Joining the HR Division, you will be joining an established team that has experienced significant growth in the last two years with a strong network and client base across Melbourne.
Profile
The life of a recruiter is fast-paced, people orientated and all about improving lives. The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
- Proven track-record of working in a demanding professional environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ambitious, results driven and team oriented attitude
- Strong Relationship building skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- True Passion and genuine interested in Human Resource
