GQI Consulting is an industry leading independent ICT Consulting firm providing strategic planning advice and project delivery services to a range of Enterprise, Carrier, Utility and Government clients on the selection, implementation, use and management of IT and Telecommunications technologies across the APAC region.

GQI works closely with NBN and its Delivery Partners to provide project resource support in the design and deployment of network infrastructure. GQI support various deployment teams through onsite technical engineers, project managers and technical consultants.

GQI currently has regional hubs in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with expansion plans in PNG, New Zealand and Perth.

Due to steady company growth, we are looking for Resource Coordinators to join our Sydney and Melbourne teams respectively.

The Position:

Support the GQI Resource Delivery business and resource management functions such as:

Sourcing a variety of Technical and PMO resources across Network Design, Engineering and Project Management, utilising various social media and digital platforms.

  • Interviewing potential new employees.
  • Managing and updating the Job Adder Database, creating networks of resources.
  • Preparing resumes for clients
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Creating job advertisements
  • Supporting business operational functions such as client invoicing.  
  • Managing the monthly time sheeting process, uploading data to spreadsheet.
  • Marketing the GQI brand through social media.
  • Organising functions and events for employees and clients.

About you

  • Previous experience supporting a recruitment team
  • Experience with resource database systems
  • Proactive attitude with ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with all levels of the business
  • Conscientious attitude with high attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and meet objectives.
  • An entrepreneurial flair for building business, and a knowledge and appreciation of the cultural and business impact of Technology.
