This is your opportunity to join the People and Culture Team, to support and enable people-related project management activities and deliver business and project analysis/tasks/support, to continuously improve the People and Culture services we provide across Service NSW.

Your experience
We are looking for candidates who bring significant experience in managing HR/Projects and Change Management. You will be driven by your values and have a genuine passion for delivering people outcomes to support business operations. You will have strong communication skills (written and verbal), an inclusive and consultative approach and highly developed people skills.

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide a range of project support services, including preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans
  • Track and report on project progress against established milestones, deliverables and cost forecasts
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of agreed decisions and outcomes
  • Source, collate and compile data and information to identify emerging issues and track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables
  • Communicate with a range of key stakeholders to provide updates regarding activity status and implementation issues, and to facilitate consultation, exchange of information and support completion in line with activities plans.
You will work in close consultation with the Change Manager People and Culture, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective project planning and implementation across Service NSW.

Your remuneration
Package includes a base salary range of ($88,450 - $104,281), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
