About us
M&T Resources is a multi-award winning recruitment firm that specialises in Business and Technology. We have an opportunity for a professional to join our delivery team. The person will be focused on working with the Account Managers and be responsible for sourcing for relevant candidates and skills for our customers.
We are a busy team and need someone that can keep up with the pace and place a large importance on delivery and managing time frames.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant/ Candidate Manager, you will work closely with the team to generate new candidates to place into Business and IT Vacancies.
You will be the first point of contact for all IT/ Financial Services candidates and will promote M&T Resources as a brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver quality to our clients and community
- Ensure adherence to the recruitment workflow and processes
- Update the database with relevant candidate information
- Use specific tools to source for candidates
- Conduct candidate (face to face) interviews and assessments
- Candidate management and general communication
- Maintain ongoing contact with available candidates and be aware of which candidates are currently seeking work
- Ensure placed candidates are performing effectively in their roles
