The successful candidate will have determination and drive. The focus is on sourcing and retaining quality clients and candidates by end to end recruitment and finding the perfect match.
Successful applicants must have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment, case management OR sales
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
- A strong track record of actively sourcing and retaining quality candidates
- Strong customer service orientation and, excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in managing day to day recruitment and/or role placement processes
- Ability to adapt to a diverse and fast paced workplace, with a supportive team culture
Your responsibilities will include:
- End to end recruitment process for new candidates (including screening, reference checks, interviews and inductions)
- Ensuring thorough recruitment processes are adhered to build a high calibre candidate base
- Client case management including prospective, current and existing clientele
- CRM data base management
