The Opportunity:

An experienced recruitment professional will have:

  • Autonomy to lead our recruiting team and take advantage of a strong pipeline of repeat business in a thriving market
  • The opportunity to grow the team rapidly, 4-5 new staff needed to service increasing existing workflows by December
  • The opportunity to leverage long term, preferred supplier business relationships and build networks quickly, including direct access to all major Government panels

The Role:

This role is responsible for developing, growing, motivating and supporting the consulting team in a very busy market with high demand for our services. It is largely leadership and management focused, with a core element of account management whilst supporting the team to develop new business opportunities. You will promote a strong culture of reward and recognition, supported by industry leading systems and reporting tools. If you love mentoring, training and developing talented people, this role will be spot on for you.

You will also have the opportunity to stretch your general management capabilities, and work on a variety of transformation projects across the business. Cool projects you will support the implementation of include:

  • Moving to a full paperless registration process, an application we have built in-house that links directly to the database (no more paper, no more manual data entry!)
  • Bedding down efficiencies in systems and process around our new Bullhorn CRM/ATS
  • Building and refining our live performance/recognition reporting suite using BI tool
  • Supporting development of an in-house L&D platform

The Ideal person:

You are a passionate recruiter who takes a great deal of pride in the quality of your work and the results you consistently deliver. You have strong managerial or team leadership experience in a recruitment environment, and love supporting your team towards success. You are an exceptional communicator with the ability to influence the strategy and direction of your clients, and the organisation you work for.

Applicants must have a strong background as a professional recruitment consultant in the white collar/corporate sector, across contract and permanent markets to be successful.
