About the role
Operating within a fast-paced, customer focused HR team, the Senior HR Advisor will work closely with directors and managers providing high quality HR advice and services to support the successful mobilisation of the Major Road Projects Authority. This role will operate across a range of HR specialisations including workforce planning and recruitment, employee relations and change management, performance management, career development, culture and engagement and organisational transformation.
