Our client requires an experienced Training Administrator to join the well-established Vocational Training team to take on a long term assignment.

Reporting to the Vocational Training Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Demonstrating improved training results by maintaining and publishing ongoing metrics - monthly
• Facilitating the review and approval process of new training material
• Maintaining version control of new or updated training material
• Uploading approved content into document management system
• Managing learning profiles in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Signing off competency bases assessments
• Supporting the Instructional Design team to ensure SLA’s are achieved

To be considered for role you must have:

• Over 2 years’ experience in a similar training role
• LMS management experience
• Advanced administrative and Microsoft skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work autonomously
