Talent/ HR Consultant - (Position description & Role Evaluation) - Consulting Role - Contract - Sydney $500 > $800 p/d

This is a role working for a large Consulting Business. You will be tasked with analysing both position descriptions and role evaluation as part of a larger HR transformation project

Required Experience;

Minimum 3 years in a similar role
Solid experience with Role Evaluation Frameworks (e.g. Hay or Hewitt)
Previous Consulting Experience Preferred
Experience work working for Large Cooperates (Publicly Listed organisations)
Fully available for the month of August
