Great opportunity to work onsite and partner with an exceptionally innovative organistation within the Biotech field.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter or talent acquisition professional to join our onsite team on a 6 month contract to deliver nationally across sales and marketing. If you need to work part time or require flexibility we have the tools and processes in place to support this .If you have the experience and background to hit the ground running, thats great, however if you don't have onsite experience thats ok too, we can work with you to get you up to speed quickly.
What you will be doing
- Recruiting nationally predominately for field & clincial sales,
- Developing relationships, collaborating and partnering with key stakeholders
- Delivering a best practice talent sourcing & attraction recruitment process
- Working in a team environment
