About the Role
The focus of this role is on growing technical and specialist training across all their skills networks in the Australasia region. Your primary responsibility will be to work with internal subject matter experts to diagnose, design, deliver and evaluate technical and specialist learning. Specifically, this will include:
- Diagnose learning needs and skills gaps - using methodology
- Consult with business leaders on creative learning solutions
- Liaise with SME's on technical and industry requirements
- Manage the delivery of programs regionally (requiring travel)
- Lead innovation of learning solutions for the business
About You
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Learning professional. Ideally, you will be looking to develop into the position of Learning & Development consultant, long term. You must demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualification in Adult Education or Training & Assessment
- Demonstrated experience with learning design methodology
- Previous experience in a professional services or consulting firm
- In-depth knowledge of learning trends and solutions
- Proven consultation capability
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong stakeholder management skills as well as a proactive approach
