About the role:
We are currently looking to hire a passionate Workforce scheduling Coordinator to join our support office team based in the centre of Melbourne.
Working in a sociable, dynamic and professional environment, you will be responsible for scheduling clinicians to meet customer contractual obligations in designated locations, in a timely manner.
Reporting to the Customer/ Workforce Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Rostering and end to end coordination of all contracted hours and service programs
- Entering and updating weekly schedules into the scheduling system
- Assisting with incoming complaints/issues / queries as required
- Sourcing clinicians to complete community and on-call services
- Determine future staffing requirements for clients
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Ability to think on your feet to problem solve in a busy complex environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
- Ability to adapt in a changing environment, where no day is the same
