As an Associate Consultant, you will play an instrumental role in assisting with the development and on-going relationship management of our candidate communities. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end talent acquisition activities including, but not limited to: candidate interviewing; talent pooling; research; recruitment and general administration duties. You’ll be provided with all the tools, technical training and support as well as a structured career pathway to help you become one of the best consultants in the industry.
To be considered, you will hold a degree (or near complete) qualification in HR, Commerce, or similar disciplines backed with proven sales and customer service experience gained from either high end retail, hospitality or service sectors.
