A great opportunity has arisen to join a large and growing company as their Internal Recruitment & HR Coordinator.  

This company is based in an Eastern suburb of Melbourne and is experiencing huge growth in staff numbers at the moment... hence the need for a need for a new Recruitment & HR Coordinator.

The primary responsibility of the role will be to coordinate all recruitment activities in a high volume environment. Outside of recruitment, the role will also assist with employee onboarding, talent planning and further HR duties which will be added over time. 

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process for high volume intakes, including managing the interviewing process and closing/negotiating offers.
  • Manage the recruitment process for individual and senior positions.
  • Leverage online and social media platforms to source, attract and engage active and passive candidates.
  • Work closely with recruitment agencies. 
  • Develop and implement a candidate onboarding program.
  • Manage the internal applicant process and well as the employee referral process.
  • Create talent maps and plans to identify areas of the business needing development.
  • Actively maintain alternative sourcing channels and implement innovative solutions to cater for future growth 
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Experience in high volume recruitment will be highly regarded.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills. 
  • A passion for recruitment and HR, and an understanding of its importance to organisational success. 
  • The ability to engage and build natural rapport. 
  • Proven track record of stakeholder management.
