We are keen to offer an exceptional opportunity to an ambitious Principal Consultant looking to progress their career within Leadership and Strategy in our Sydney office.
You will be exposed to some of Australia's most successful corporate companies and Senior Leadership teams. You will have the capability to design and deliver creative and impactful solutions targeted towards Executive and Senior Leader development with a speciality of strategic leadership.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Solution architecture of high impact leadership development solutions
- Facilitation and coaching at Senior Leader level
- Mentoring and development of Maximus consultants
- Account development of large existing client base
- Quality oversight and management of design an delivery
You will be confident, strategic and energetic in your approach to delivery of solutions and be able to secure and manage account relationships.
A post-graduate qualification would be highly desirable but not essential if extensive, relevant business experience and a proven track record of success have been achieved.
