Contract role for a Senior Career Transition and Re-Deployment Specialist starting ASAP. Work across Technology & Corporate disciplines - internal recruitment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Subject Matter expert in Career Transition tool and Applicant Tracking systems with the ability to coach and consult via technology based learning such as My Career
- Provide SME related training and coaching to current team members on process changes and deliver new starter end to end training as required
- Collate and deliver daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Manage level 1 escalations
- Delivery of process and policy changes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Career Services operating model, processes and procedures
- Case manage Displaced Employees during placement period, providing support across Career Transition and Redeployment program
- Review Displaced Employee applications, identify suitability to role/s and advocate accordingly
- Facilitate group coaching sessions
- Adherence to legal policies and case management processes ensuring 100% compliance for audit purposes
In order to be successful you will have:
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- High level of empathy, resilience, agility and collaborative mindset
- Proven background in facilitating training and/or coaching sessions
- Strong experience with case management and/or service orientated experience dealing with complexity
- Recruitment / talent acquisition experience
- Proven background in facilitating training and/or coaching sessions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Worked within large enterprise organisations
- High level multi-tasking and time management skills
