The Tusk Group are currently seeking an experienced blue collar Temp Consultant to join our blue collar temp team in Sunshine in a full time permanent position.   Working in a small, fun and supportive team, you will be responsible for servicing existing accounts as well as seeking and identifying opportunities in the Western region of Melbourne.  You will thrive on building great client and candidate relationships, managing the full recruitment process including all compliance and onsite requirements and delivering excellent customer service.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A successful track record in a fast paced recruitment environment 
• A good knowledge of end to end recruitment processes
• A strong sales focus, with a flair for identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Great relationship building skills
• A desire to deliver value to your clients and candidates, honestly and professionally
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self motivation , enthusiasm and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done
