• $80,000 - $90,000 per annum
Being a Senior 360’ recruitment consultant will see you joining our experienced consultants training programme, managing an established portfolio and continuously building on your client accounts, sourcing suitable candidates and ultimately placing the right people in the right jobs, while consulting with high level organisations on business needs.
You have demonstrated experience working in an agency based environment, managing client and candidate portfolio's in white collar professional organisations. You are very comfortable making sales calls with the view to build rapport with businesses and relevant history working to individual financial targets and activity KPI's.
You demonstrate credibility with strategic partners and high level corporate decision makers as your client and candidate base will merge. Your professionalism and exceptional communication skills will ensure you provide the best service in the market and become the industry expert.
You're dynamic and you have the ability to build strong relationships. You demonstrate consistency to strive and achieve results and have proven success managing a high level corporate recruitment portfolio of clients and candidates. You enjoy a high performing, meritocratic culture and the possibility of accelerating your career with recognised training and development is your desire.
