Perceptor is one of the leading boutique recruitment companies in Australia. We focus on sourcing Top 5% candidates for our clients across the full spectrum of roles in finance, accounting & commercial. Due to increasing demand from our existing client base we are seeking to appoint a resourcer to support a team of experienced consultants.

Reporting to our Managing Director and working as part of a close-knit & collaborative team you will manage candidate acquisition for both search and contingent assignments. You will work closely with our consultants to maintain and develop an up to date candidate network utilising database and all on line portals. This role will deal with candidates on the phone and sometimes face to face so strong interpersonal skills are essential.

You are likely to be currently in the recruitment industry, possessing the key ingredients of integrity, energy and a drive to succeed. A genuine interest in people and how they think plus an interest in the world of business will also be beneficial. In a supportive environment, the opportunity for success and financial rewards are strong. Alternatively you could be an accounting graduate who has an outgoing personality and wants to move into sales.
