Position
Due to a need for growth within our accounting team, we are on the hunt for a new Executive Consultant. Typical responsibilities of the role include:
- Strategic client development and account management
- Developing your own pipeline of work
- Candidate resourcing & management
- Ad writing & development
- Conducting meetings with both candidates & clients
- Orchestrating job interviews, salary discussions & compliance
This position will be working closely with our Accounting Specialist who will mentor, mould and guide you to reach your full potential.
The industry is very fast paced and we take a proactive approach to recruitment. You will be expected to work hard and smart while being supported by a great team. Ultimately, if you put in the effort, you’ll reap the rewards!
