Link Health and Community (Link HC) is a multi-sited community health service providing a comprehensive range of health, early childhood and community services.
Link HC is the NDIS ECEI Community Partner for Inner and Outer Eastern Melbourne, Southern Melbourne, Inner and Outer Gippsland areas.
About the role
Link HC has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Officer. This newly created role is a full-time appointment reporting to the Director, Workforce Wellbeing,
The Learning and Development Officer will coordinate training and development for employees, volunteers and Board members within the organisation, focusing on the scheduling, development and delivery of internal training.
You will ensure continuous improvement of training and work with all departments of the organisation to establish and improve standards
Your background
This role is suited to a highly organised individual who can build relationships with various stakeholders both internally and externally. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive a learning community while keeping current with industry knowledge.
Skills and experience
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, assessing and implementing training programs.
- High level and well developed written and oral communication skills.
Experience within the community health or disability sector is desirable but not essential.
