Our People & Culture team has a unique opportunity for a Senior P&C Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Utilising your previous experience, this role will see you join a newly established team to provide exemplary expertise while working on the Westconnex 3A Project, a Joint Venture with Lendlease, Bouygues and Samsung.
Initially based in the Sydney CBD, then transitioning to the Project office at Mascot, this role will see you provide P&C partnership to the business in contributing to and implementing P&C programs, policies and processes aligned to the organisation and local legal requirements.
Reporting to the Project P&C Manager, your day to day accountabilities will see you in line with the Project requirements:
- Drive Workforce Management i.e. workforce plans, cost of workforce etc
- Roll out Talent Management and Leadership Development programs
- Implementation of change management plans
- Driving ongoing development of our people managers and employee capabilities along with effective succession planning
- Promote and foster a performance culture of accountability and ownership of delivery
- Champion the company’s core values to facilitate continuous improvement in learning & performance
- Collaborating and fostering relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure positive business outcomes are achieved both with the Joint Venture partners on the project and the Parent company
As the successful candidate, you will draw from your previous experience in a similar role which saw you manage a large, complex workforce which was facilitated with a strategic approach. Previous large project experience will be well regarded, but is not mandatory. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related HR discipline is required.
The above will be complemented by your problem solving, and analytical skills along with your strength in building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders. Your ability to influence others as well as adjusting rapidly and frequently to new situations will aid your success.
