Reporting to the HR Manager you will:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, preliminary screening, interview scheduling and liaising with hiring managers of entry to mid level roles
- Coordinate and Deliver service based training programmes
- Coordinate on-boarding programmes specific to each new starter
In addition, you will be provided the opportunity to develop and deliver various HR processes and initiatives that support continuous improvement in our people strategies to ensure that we are seen as a respectful, supportive employer.
Our office is located in Sydney CBD, close to Town Hall station and is a very vibrant environment.
