Reporting to the Payroll Director, this is a position that will allow the successful individual to positively impact the core business functions. The ideal candidate will be immediately available, have had experience in a similar HR role, be energetic and have the ability to problem solve as well as experience operating in environments where they are heavily relied upon to undertake a multitude of tasks.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Payroll/HRIS team as well as the wider HR function as necessary, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Preparation of employment contracts and employment letters
- Compile and distribute employment documents to new employees
- Prepare onboarding for new employees
- Work with the Payroll team for payroll processing
- Reporting
- Participate in HR improvement projects or other ad hoc duties as required
- Other Administrative work as required to support the HRIS & Payroll Director
- As well as other ad hoc duties as required
Experience working in a similar HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role will be highly regarded as well as:
- Relevant Tertiary qualification or at least 1 year experience
- Comprehensive HRIS knowledge
- Payroll experience desirable
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Overall great team player
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Discretion in relation to confidential information
