MAYDAY MAYDAY! We are on the search for a HR Generalist to partner across the ANZ/APAC Management Team, providing all areas of HR support as well as driving continuous improvement, both operational and strategic.
 
This role will see you:

• Partnering with stakeholder groups across all HR initiatives acting as a trusted adviser;
• Providing leadership across strategic initiatives by partnering as a member of the Regional Management Team;
• Working across the HR strategy– organisational design, workforce planning and overall governance;
• Managing all Employee Relations matters to mitigate legal or cultural risk within location;
• Ensure appropriate Workforce Planning for the ANZ & APAC business;
• Working with leaders to identify opportunities for changes within their groups.

This exciting HRM opportunity would be suitable for someone who has:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in management, human resources or related fields;
• Strong partnership experience with ANZ/ APAC regions;
• Ability to develop and implement HR programs and procedure;
• Excellent organisational skills, communication skills and time management skills;
• Relationship management and influencing skills;
• Excellent knowledge of Generalist Human Resources best practice.
