About the Role
Be responsible for nurturing a selection of our long term Clients as their Account Manager, while growing your desk with new business opportunities. Servicing both Temporary and Permanent needs , you will provide quality outcomes for your Clients staffing requirements, and your Candidates career desires.
During your first 6 to 12 Months you will establish relationships with active Candidates and Clients, as well as identify opportunities to assist and provide service to new ones.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Contacting Clients and prospects to discuss their current & future business staffing needs
- Visiting Clients to take detailed job descriptions
- Sourcing Candidates and developing Candidate relationships
- Interviewing Candidates, conducting reference checks
- Liaising with Clients and Candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Maintaining post placement contact with Candidates and Clients
- Providing Industry insights, knowledge and guidance to Clients and Candidates
Skills & Experience required
- Commercial experience in a Client Services, Account Management, Sales or similar role
- 2 to 3 years experience as an Agency Recruiter is preferred
- Demonstrated success providing solutions to established Clients
- Mid to High level communication skills on the phone and face to face at various levels
- The ability to develop new business and nurture long term business relationships
- A desire to succeed as a Recruiter, and understanding the industry.
- Being willing to listen, learn and apply what works.
- An attitude of persistence; it takes time, effort and action to succeed.
