Based out of Collingwood and reporting to the Head of Transformation, Jetstar are recruiting for an experienced and proactive Change Manager to drive the success of the airline’s Change Management program. The role will develop strategies and change processes, and work collaboratively to support employee engagement to ensure these processes are embedded in the business.

Reporting to the Jetstar Head of Transformation, your main accountabilities will include:
•    Manage the human side of change for selected priority initiatives within the change program and portfolio. 
•    Assess the human and organisational change requirements for successful change (goals, impacts, risks, needs through the project lifecycle).
•    Plan, execute and evaluate change management approaches (including engagement, internal communication, impact mitigation, training, readiness, support and embedding activities) to meet change requirements.
•    Develop and implement internal communications plans to support leadership team strategies, initiatives and changes.
•    Develop and refine core messaging to ensure organisational consistency in all aspects of communication, and reflects the and Jetstar strategy and vision.
•    Contribute to development of change delivery capability across JANZ, through operationalising the Group’s change framework, tools and templates and developing key stakeholders’ core change competencies.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:
•    Minimum 5 years experience in change management roles delivering high impact transformational and large scale projects
•    Preferably, a Tertiary qualification in change management or business/people related field.
•    Understanding of project delivery and project delivery lifecycles
•    Strong ability to communicate change, with effective tailoring for professionals at all levels in the business. 
•    Interpersonal skills to influence others to reframe how they work toward a common goal.
•    Ability to collaborate to build shared and integrated ways of working with project and change management lifecycles, disciplines and tools
