As part of the Talent & Attraction team, and reporting to the Resource Lead, you will play a key role in Strategic Workforce Planning across all business units: creating efficiencies, optimising resourcing needs, and supporting key decision making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support and drive the development and implementation of suitable Workforce Planning tools, systems and practices across APA projects and BAU to execute the contractor workforce forecasting model
- Build workforce models that capture needs analysis, assess trends, and project future staffing requirements
- Through HR data analytics, develop workforce metrics, dashboards, and reporting for senior leaders
- Support the running of Resource Meetings, capturing actions and facilitating business outcomes
What you bring to the role:
- Degree in HRM, Organisational Development, Business or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in Recruitment, Workforce Planning or HR Analytics
- Highly developed IT and Business Intelligence skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- An understanding of projects and contractor resourcing in heavy industry is desirable
- Collaborative team player with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
