Description
As a Recruitment Consultant you will able to carve out your own career within the Melbourne markets across your specialised discipline. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, developing and managing client/business relationships
- Selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business
- Assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery
- Writing job advertisements and posting them on online job boards
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Creating shortlists of suitable candidates and presenting them to clients
- Negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients
- Updating candidate and client files on the system
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise Page Group's commercial performance
- Contributing to your team and upholding our business values
Profile
The successful candidate with have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain long term relationships with both clients and candidates. You will be resilient with a positive attitude and naturally enjoy meeting new people. Not only will you be self-motivated and have the drive to create your own success you will also enjoy contributing to and celebrating team success.
