Are you looking for your next opportunity or step up to be an influential part of an organisation, working in a HR Business Partner capacity? If so, read on!

Reporting in to the GM of HR, this role will see you fully immerse yourself in the business, delivering all aspects of HR to the leadership team, managers and across all employees. You will develop a solid understanding of the needs of the business to be able to provide an exceptional service across the board.

Working in true partnership with the GM on HR, you will be a 2 person band making everything happen! Therefore, you must be comfortable with all things 'admin' as well as everything else, as 50% of your role will revolve around this.

As a permanent, full time, employee you will be a trusted advisor in the organisation and a key part of building a high performing culture.

A snap shot of your responsibilities;
  • Manage all HR Administration; headcount, reporting and HR metrics
  • Employment relations
  • Performance management
  • Talent acquisition
  • Learning and development
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in adherence to employment legislation
  • Coaching the business to manage performance effectively
  • Sustain a culture of compliance
  • Ensure continuous improvement of people management systems
  • Coordinate annual HR activities (performance reviews, salary reviews, annual incentive payments)
Who are you?
  • Completed a degree in HR or related business services
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within a HR Generalist/HR Admin/HR Business Partner role
  • Comfortable with an admin heavy role (50%)
  • Comfortable working in a HR team of 2 people, with an amplitude of responsibility
  • Strong HR Analytics Skills including high proficiency in Excel and HR systems
  • Strong knowledge of HR practice and employment legislation
  • Experience managing Employee Relations situations
  • A positive, optimistic, action oriented individual with a ‘can do’ mentality
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • A creative and pragmatic problem solver
  • Experience being able to work effectively in a fast paced global organisation, partnering effectively with cross functional teams located off shore
  • Experience with workers compensation and exposure to ER cases would be an advantage
