We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join the Organisational Performance team at the City of Gosnells.
This position will be mainly based at the City’s Operations Centre and will be responsible for managing the City’s Workers Compensation and Injury Management programs, conducting site inspections, the development and review of Job Safety Analysis documentation, conducting incident investigations and other Occupational Safety and Health tasks.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Injury Management and Workers Compensation, knowledge in Occupational Safety and Health requirements and legislation, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential requirements: National Police clearance and a current driver’s licence. Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Safety and Health or a related discipline are not essential but are desirable.
Salary range: $84,387 to $90,871
