Opportunity to Grow
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and enthusiastic People Coordinator to join our Darwin team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the coordination and administration of various ‘People’ functions, such as: 
  • Providing HR policy advice and support to staff;
  • Coordinating Learning and Development initiatives and maintaining accurate records;
  • Coordinate the Darwin Vacation and Graduate recruitment programs;
  • Coordinate the annual Performance Review and Development process;
  • Deliver new employee inductions and coordinate the on-boarding function; and
  • Various People Administration tasks
 
You will also assist the People Manager to deliver the suite of People services, projects, advice and support to the business.
 
To be successful with your application you will need to have either completed or be working towards a qualification in Human Resource Management or similar and have at least 12 months of experience in a similar human resources role. You will have experience using a Human Resource Information System and be proficient in the use of Microsoft software packages. Additionally, you will be highly organised with a strong focus on detail and accuracy. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively, build rapport and influence others.

This is a part-time role, 20-25 hours a week, worked over 5 days.
