This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded not-for-profit organisation in the international aid sector. You will be supporting the Manager People and Culture with HR admin, recruitment, OH+S, contracts, on-boarding, managing the HR inbox, and complete end to end management of the Internship Program.
This role will suit a strong administrator who is seeking greater work life balance or to further their career in HR. The HR Administrator will support the ongoing development of processes and systems in the HR department and provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will present with the following:
- Qualification in HR; Diploma or Tertiary qualification
- Outstanding administration skills and ability to multi-task competing priorities
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Prior experience with recruitment administration
- Prior experience with compliance reporting
- A self starter and team player.
