​Are you a results driven person who wants to be rewarded for hard work? We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our high performing team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will be supporting a Senior Consultant in our Sydney CBD Head Office  and you will receive coaching and guidance to help develop your career, from some of the most successful people in the business.

The Job
* Resourcing candidates from internal/external databases
* Preparing and posting job advertisements
* Screening and interviewing candidates
* Liaising with candidates and clients
* Preparing resumes for clients
* Reference checks
* Database maintenance and administration

What we are looking for?We are looking for a confident, driven and resilient person who will fit in with our sales focused team. You must be flexible, and adaptable to an ever-changing environment as no two days in recruitment are the same. You must have high levels of attention to detail, great communication and administration skills, the ability to pick things up quickly and be mentally strong.
