THE ORGANISATION
Your new business is a well-established and growing multinational professional services organisation, head quartered in London, England with strong operations across Australasia, circa 2100 employees. Based in the heart of the Sydney CBD, the organisation is known for developing ambitious individuals in a high performance culture.
 
THE ROLE
The internal HR function has gone through a significant change from traditional to modern centre of excellence, business-partnering model, they are after a true business partner to join a corporate client base of 150 members. Working closely with the wider HR team of 10 members, you will be across end-to-end generalist support across employee relations, case management, talent strategy, engagement, compliance, change management and involvement in leading specific projects. The role incorporates a wide breadth of responsibility enabling the right individual to help drive growth and change strategies from a people and business perspective. This position is paying up to $140,000 package, pro rata for 3 days a week, offering a highly flexible work environment.

THE CRITERIA
To be successful in your application for this role you will hold 3 – 5 years business partnering experience, preferably in professional services industry. You must be an effective team player with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills. For your success, it is important to have high resilience and eagerness to work in a business that is fast moving, dynamic and going through period of change.
