We are a reputable Blue collar contract recruitment company with a solid national presence.
We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruiter to open and manage a branch that will establish the company’s presence in Metropolitan and regional QLD.
The right candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role and be comfortable with sourcing and establishing new leads and filling their clients’ roles.
The successful candidate has:
- Proven success in sales
- The ability to work independently
- High energy levels and enthusiasm
- Strong recruitment skills
- The ability to bring previous sales experience and client contacts to a new venture
- The tenacity to ensure sustainable growth of the company
- The personality to engage key customers and ensure ongoing work
- A desire to build and manage their own team
- The desire to take the next step in his/her career
- The ability to bring new ideas to the company to boost its presence in the market
A company vehicle, laptop and I-phone are provided. Convenient parking also available.
A base salary plus attractive bonus scheme is on offer to the right candidate.
Some knowledge of WHS is an advantage, but not critical.
