Working in a fun, team environment and on a variety of recruitment projects you will be responsible for the following activities:
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Writing of job adverts
- Handling advertising response
- Liaising with clients
- Screening candidates
- Identifying and creating candidate shortlists
- Entering temp payroll information into system
- Uploading resumes to database
- Interviewing candidates
- Reference checks
- Following up on paperwork
- Weekly calling of a temps
Skills and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a "hands on" autonomous capacity
