Working in a fun, team environment and on a variety of recruitment projects you will be responsible for the following activities:

 

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Writing of job adverts
  • Handling advertising response
  • Liaising with clients
  • Screening candidates
  • Identifying and creating candidate shortlists
  • Entering temp payroll information into system
  • Uploading resumes to database
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Reference checks
  • Following up on paperwork
  • Weekly calling of a temps

Skills and experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a "hands on" autonomous capacity
