This organisation is a global leader in consumer electronics and B2B solutions. They are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to assist with the recruitment within their organisation to ensure they continue to provide cutting edge technology to the everyday life's of Australians. 

About the Role

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of recruitment activities across the multiple businesses of this diverse organisation, providing support at each stage of the recruitment process. You will use best practice recruitment processes and methodologies ensuring you source high quality candidates.

Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing
• Advertising
• Screening and Interviewing
• Candidate Care

About Success

To be successful in this role you will have gained previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition Resourcing / Coordinator role gained either in-house or agency, with proven experience undertaking;

• Writing job advertisements for different advertising channels
• Shortlisting, phone screening, candidate Management and conducting reference checks
• Supporting on-boarding activities
• Reporting on recruitment activities and metrics
• Demonstrate exceptional time management and attention to detail
