THE ORGANISATION
Our client is a Fortune 500 company and hold a strong global presence, an innovative culture and they invest heavily in their people. This is a newly created role and you will provide critical support to the business on HR policies, processes and systems as well as analyse workforce trends and identify and propose strategies to enhance workforce efficiency and effectiveness. 

THE ROLE
In this role, you will report directly to a Senior HR Business Partner and you will be responsible for: 

• Managing the HRIS as well as HR reporting and communications
• Providing advice and responding to front line HR queries 
• HR Administration including contract generation, HR documentation and records management
• Reviewing and updating existing initiatives, policies and processes
• Analysing workforce trends and developing HR strategies

You will have the opportunity to work on a pipeline of exciting HR projects and you will be working with a supportive HR team who will kick-start your career in HR! 

THE CRITERIA
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in Human Resources, Business or a related field. You will have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. You will be a high achiever and have a track record of producing results either at school, university, at work or in your personal/sporting life. You do not have to have experience in HR to apply for this role and graduates are also welcome to apply.
