The Company
We are seeking true experts in Learning and Development to join reputable companies based in the CBD and City Fringe.
The Role
Reporting into HR Directions or National Learning and Development Managers, you will be working closely with the Leadership team and will support and partner with Leaders across the division to develop, coordinate and deliver education programs which will in turn improve client care. You will identify educational needs through assessments and evaluations to continue to improve learning opportunities across the business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Review, develop, coordinate and implement high quality L&D programs and interventions including orientation and e-learning packages
- Coordinate work experience programs and development activities
- Engage and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all course material and learning objectives are up to date and reflect current legislations and best practice
- Facilitate training, education, workshops and learning events
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partners and the client Client Group
- Data reporting and analyse metrics
- Contribute to the development of a learning culture and continuous improvement
What will I need to succeed?
- Proven experience in a Learning and Development position
- Experience working as a nurse/clinical type position would be highly desirable
- An undergraduate degree in a related discipline is essential with a post graduate degree highly desirable
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is essential
- Ability to negotiate, influence and liaise to achieve desired outcomes
- Be collaborative and build relationships with key stakeholders and peers
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency with learning management systems
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information exercising the highest degree of discretion
