We’re looking for a smart, motivated and efficient Employee Experience Coordinator. We want someone who can think on their feet, is happy to get their hands dirty and gets stuff done!

The Role

This is a hands-on role where you will proactively support the Organisational Development and Employee Services teams to deliver outstanding experiences for our people. Your areas of focus will be in learning & development, leadership development, engagement surveys, recognition events, diversity & inclusion and administration & systems support for all stages of the employee lifecycle.

What you will bring:

  • Experience working in an HR, L&D, OD or Recruitment team
  • Comprehensive knowledge of each stage of the employee lifecycle
  • Amazing administrative and time management skills
  • Experience providing a high quality, highly responsive service to client
  • Demonstrated experience working with online tools and systems (LMS & HRIS experience advantageous)
  • Previous experience in a complex, fast-paced and/or global organisation preferred
  • A natural curiosity and interest in challenging the status quo and finding new and better ways of delivering value
