We are incredibly excited to take the next step with the evolution of our People & Culture operating model. With the customer at its heart, we are building a new way of working with strategically focussed business partners, communities of expertise and strong enablers through a technology enabled service delivery function, and an agile People Solutions consulting team. This is a great time to join Coca Cola Amatil and play a pivotal role in our transformation journey across our People and Culture team.

 

The Role

 

This role will play a critical role in our success, enabling the successful delivery of our key systems projects, implementation of the People & Culture Operating model and ultimately delivering our employee experience.

 

This role is one of the first to be recruited into the new People Solutions consulting team that we are developing. It is an exciting time as we set up, define the purpose, skill requirements, development paths, work allocation and ways of working for this new team. Due to the significant P&C demand, we are seeking an enthusiastic and curious individual, to analyse and derive insights to support solutions across the P&C agenda. As a member of the new People Solutions consulting team, we are looking for individuals who can role model and be a change agent of the team, and our People & Culture operating model.


Key accountabilities:

 

  • Preparation of data, delivery of reporting, analytics and building ongoing reporting to meet the needs of all stakeholders and provide valuable, actionable insights
  • Take design briefs and draw on your specialist skills to design and develop solutions
  • Partner with a dynamic internal consulting team to deliver world class People and Culture solutions, providing quality analysis to demonstrate return on investment and validation of solutions
  • Develop solutions to business problems driven by robust data analysis and insights, and presented to best meet stakeholder needs and preferences
  • Focusing on how to build automation into our reporting, to provide timely access to actionable insights, with the end-user in mind
  • Coach and develop key players and peers in the organisation in analytics and insights
  • Plan and design surveys and develop appropriate survey methods. Conduct surveys, collecting data, and providing results and insights to the business on a routine basis, and as required

 

About You

 

You will bring passion and enthusiasm to this critical piece of work, focused on supporting our growth agenda and driving better business outcomes, whilst having a great opportunity to improve the employee experience at Amatil. To be successful in this role you will possess:

 

  • Strong understanding of our People & Culture technology platform, ideally SuccessFactors
  • Advanced excel skills (lookup, index, and conditional formulae frequently used)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, keeping stakeholders informed
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, where priorities may change quickly responding to business needs with a can-do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to work with virtual and diverse geographic teams
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
