ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team and assist us as we continue to grow our organisation. This is a full-time position that will be located at our Head Office in Mildura.
This role has a dual focus providing the full suite of HR services to The Tristar medical Group; and creating/supporting a modern organisation with innovative HRM styles to promote high levels of employee engagement, maximising technology to support HRM for a National company and streamline cost centres/maximise cost savings.
The successful candidate will be capable of HRM in an ever-expanding organisation.

The successful applicant will become a member of our senior leadership team.

We welcome applications from individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Organisational Development or other related professional discipline or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated effectiveness in an HR Generalist role executing people strategies
- Demonstrated understanding and application of local jurisdiction employment law & practice with the ability to participate in IR/ER activities as required by the role.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships at all levels with a proactive and solutions focused outlook and highly collaborative working style.
- High level interpersonal and communications skills, including counselling and coaching skills, strong written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Intermediate to advanced-level PC skills, particularly in MS Office.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A strong business acumen
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to drive the end to end recruitment for the organisation
- Drive, influence and support the cultural and people aspects of organisational change, structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives.
- Lead the growth in the provision of comprehensive HR services across the organisation.
- Employee development including coaching, training planning and professional development
- Performance management including issue resolution and disciplinary counselling.
- Leading and participating in project teams.
- Developing plans for the Executive Team on best practice around recruitment, policy and procedure award interpretation, etc.
Salary will be negotiated and dependant on qualification and classification. This is a fixed term 12 month contract.
