TRS are working with one of the Big 4 Consultancy firms and are looking for an experienced Change Analyst with a background in Organisational Development who has a current Baseline Security Clearance.

Current Baseline clearance is strongly preferred

The Role 
  • Embedded change agent within a business currently undergoing a Staff Transition Plan change activity
  • Supporting the Reform team with reporting from the business on activity progress
  • Supporting the reform team with workforce and change related tasks
  • Liaising with different stakeholders within Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group to progress tasks
  • Developing communications and templates for the business and the Reform team
  • Assist directors to begin recruiting to vacancies (advisory role on recruitment process)
  • Update organisational chart as vacancies are filled through complete recruitment activities
  • Assist staff and the Change Manager to progress training requests from potentially excess staff
  • Provide workforce data for a monthly governance board
  • Assist the Change Manager and the Director to progress position creations and ensure the new organisational structure is accurately reflected in the HR tool
  • Supporting and advising the Change Manager in the management of employees who no longer have ongoing roles in the organisation
  • Assist in compiling an 'Excess Declaration' to offer staff redundancy packages
The person for this role:
  • Good client relationship and management skills
  • Autonomy to work alongside the client without any other team members and self lead to progress work with stakeholders
  • Previous experience with Australian Public Service would be useful
