The Opportunity
Our Medical Division is the most established division and services clients and candidates Australia wide on a permanent basis with excellent relationships. We are preferred suppliers for large Medical business and work in partnership with smaller and medium sized business as well.
The specialist consultants in this team are leading experts in a range of different industries: from surgical and medical devices to hospitals consumables and capital equipment. They work on positions from entry-level to C-suite level within Sales, Marketing and Clinical Support. With candidates and clients they work on a referral basis and a lot of the work is based on repeat business.
We are now looking to recruit a high calibre Resourcer to support our existing team and to help continue our expansion plans!
Your duties include but not limited to:
- Supporting consultants in a dynamic, fast paced and professional environment
- Applying various souring strategies to identify talent
- Talent pooling of place-able candidates
To be successful in this role you must have the following:
- Interest and/or experience in Medical Devices
- Bright, Enthusiastic & Passionate
- Open to continuous development and always keen to learn and improve
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Keen to develop your knowledge of the market
