What is the role?
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner with a proactive hands-on approach, to join a dedicated team of HR professionals.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will provide strategic HR advice supporting our retail teams in ACT, SA, WA and Tasmania. A strong HR generalist, you will thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment in an HR team which is focused on delivering effective HR solutions.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and liaise with managers and team members across all levels of the organisation. This is a varied role, so prioritizing and managing the daily operational HR challenges will require flexibility and an enthusiastic ‘can do’ approach to HR activities.
Your responsibilities will include providing advice and support in relation to policies, procedures and employment conditions; supporting our talent and succession management process, assisting with OH&S, workers’ compensation and performance management issues whilst ensuring all advice given meets legislative and internal compliance requirements.
To be successful in the role, you will be confident in coaching others, possess relevant tertiary qualifications, and have prior experience in HR.
