Role Summary
A great opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and has a willingness to make a difference by joining our People and Culture team as a Business Partner on a part time, fixed term 12 months basis. Reporting to the General Manager People and Culture – Corporate this role will support our Legal and Regulatory and Risk teams.
Your responsibilities will include, employee relations, case management, succession planning, employee engagement, advising and coaching and strategic project based work.
Our Ideal Person
A HR generalist, with significant experience working in a large, highly regulated, fast paced environment. A proven track record of delivering successful, strategic HR solutions across a range of disciplines. Experience in partnering with internal customers and developing excellent stakeholder management skills will be highly regarded, along with exposure to transformations and change.
