Windana Drug and Alcohol Recovery Inc. is a leading Victorian-based drug and alcohol treatment organisation.
For more than 30 years, we have been helping people rebuild their lives in a safe, caring environment, supporting our clients wherever they are in the recovery process.
The Manager People and Culture has overall responsibility to provide strategic leadership and oversight for all areas of People and Culture and to provide higher level operational support to the organisation.
Windana’s People and Culture team provide professional support to all Windana staff, the Board and external stakeholders in the areas of HR, Occupational Health and Safety, Learning and Development, Knowledge Management, Privacy and Freedom of Information, Quality and Risk functions.
To be successful in this role, you will need significant and demonstrated experience in HR or related field and a Bachelor degree (or higher) in a relevant field. A driver’s licence is essential as we have 4 sites across Victoria.
In return, Windana will offer you a base salary of $90-$100k plus super plus optional salary packaging. Rest assured your work will be challenging, varied and rewarding.
